Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Appartamento ampio, ben pulito ed ordinato, in un'ottima zona centrale di Cervia. Giulia è un host disponibile e gentilissima.

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

Emanuele e’ veramente un SUPER HOST!Eravamo a Cattolica x la finale nazionale del Progetto Sport: l appartamento e’ in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicinissima al mare e alla zona pedonale e a 8 minuti dal Riviera Horses Resort, facilissimo da raggiungere. L appartamento e’ veramente super e bellissimo e corrisponde totalmente a foto e descrizione e anche l ampia terrazza e’ stata molto utilizzata.Siamo stati benissimo. Dovevamo lasciare l appartamento sabato mattina, entro le 10, ma non essendoci altra prenotazione, Emanuele ci ha proposto di tenerlo gratuitamente anche per tutta la mattinata: in questo modo, dopo aver ultimato le gare siamo ritornati con calma a casa e abbiamo preparato tutti i bagagli …senza fretta… lo abbiamo lasciato verso le 14. Dovessimo ritornare a Cattolica, sicuramente riprenderei lo stesso. Emanuele grazie!!!! 😘

Abbiamo trascorso due notti davvero piacevoli in questo alloggio. La casa era pulitissima, confortevole e con spazi più che adeguati per il nostro soggiorno. Si respira subito un’atmosfera accogliente, e si vede che la casa è curata con attenzione. Si trova facilmente parcheggio in zona, che non è affatto scontato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni!

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

Io sono di Ferrara e da qualche tempo abito fuori città. Torno a Ferrara spesso per trovare la mia familia ed è bello scoprire appartamenti come questo. Piccoli ma funzionali, dei veri gioielli che portano alto il nome di Ferrara. non ho usato la cucina se non per un caffè ma ci sarebbe stato tutto il necessario. con me viaggiavano il mio compagno e mio figlio di 34 giorni!!! non gli è mancato niente! completa la proprietà su richiesta un garage, purtroppo la nostra macchina è esageratamente grande per l'entrata dello stesso ma non è certo colpa di Emma. C'è comunque uno spazio molto vicino in cui è possibile lasciare l'auto. Tornerò sicuramente!!!

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Wow! That describes what we felt once we arrived at this Flat! It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was spotless clean! Everything you need for great vacations you find here. Location is amazing for someone that wants a good base to travel around Tuscany. We recommend visiting the Antinori Winery in Chianti (make sure to book the wine tasting or lunch at their restaurant in advance, otherwise you cannot even access their premises). For those that like to combine vacations and shopping, the flat is located 10 minutes away by car from “The Mall”, a big luxury/designer outlet nearby. Jonny was always very kind and helpful throughout all our communication and recommended us some amazing restaurants! We will definitely come back and also recommend this AirBnb to friends and Family. Thanks for everything Jonny. We loved our stay and we felt like home 💜

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lieu atypique avec une vue magnifique, reposant, au calme et avec un bon couchage pour la chambre parentale. Grand privilège d'avoir pu écouter Jack jouer du piano. Petit bémol pour l'utilisation assez restrictive des parties communes. Mais le charme global du site compense ces aspects négatifs. Comme précisé par Scott et Imogen dans le descriptif, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule 4×4 pour y accéder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations felt cozy, comfortable, and private, fitting with a relaxing Tuscan country vacation. Our cooking class was by far the best and most in depth we’ve had and the same goes for the winery tour. You can tell every person involved is passionate about their part of the agrotourismo experience. The restaurant was also one of the best meals of our trip and the cozy setting by the fire in fall was the perfect vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay out of the city.
