This is a beautiful and brand new Villa, looks exactly like what you see in the pics. The hosts are really good, they were always there for each and every queries. The property is managed professionally. Very well equipped kitchen and hosts provided almost all the ingredients needed to cook a good meal, if you have elders who don't want to eat outside food. The villa has an elevator inside, so it's elderly friendly. The towels and bed linen provided are fresh and clean. No foul smell at all. In fact the entire villa there is really clean and fresh. Beach is around 15 min drive, variety of eating places with just 5 to 10 min drive. There is nothing much to complain about really! Overall our stay was really good and enjoyed thoroughly! We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Oxel house is amazing. There are 7 huge bedrooms. Its perfect for big group of family or friends. The caretaker is very helpful and always available. The place is super clean. I would love to go back here with friends again.

This place is just wow. The staff is amazing very friendly and polite. Tez who is the supporting staff manager is very helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The rooms are big in size and well designed. The in house food served was delicious. Dal makhani and mutton nihari is a must try. Highly recommended for those who just want to relax and spend a nice family, friends time in private.

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Host was very helpful and acclimating. Probably one of the coolest villa in goa, great interiors and fitting, exceptional service by the staff and overall a must book villa. Definitely staying there again next time!

I had a wonderful stay last night! The hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always greeting me with warm smiles and professionalism. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful ambiance while being conveniently close to key spots. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary refreshments and personalized service.

Had a great stay and pleasant experience. The villa was very clean at the time we arrived. Amarveer helped us with an early check in. Ashok ji made sure we have everything we needed and he was very much polite attending everything. The pool was great, and its cleaned daily. The airbnb was very spacious. The location is a little isolated from the busy sides, but it gave the perfect kind of peace and quietness. anjuna and vagator are very close by, so is chapora fort. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended.

The villa exceeded our expectations. Was exactly as shown in the pictures. Caretakers were cooperative and always available; assisted in cooking and other chores. Everything we had hoped for.

I so loved my short stay at VILLA LOU GOA. It was exactly the hospitality and care I needed to get away... in a peaceful, quiet and private setting, with friendly hosts and staff who looked after me. Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!
