We had a great stay in Narragansett. The home was exactly as described and worked well for our small family. The home was cozy and clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We would certainly come back.

What a relaxing weekend! Walked to the beach all three days. Walked to dinner both nights. Greg was the best host imaginable!

Danielle is a fantastic host with a beautiful home. Within minutes of settling into the Lilypad we were already making plans to return. The views were excellent, water taxi service was convenient, the boat was in terrific shape, and we felt right at home.

My husband and I loved our long weekend at Jessica’s place. It was very comfortable inside and out. We loved being right on the water and enjoyed the fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the evening. You are close to several great beaches. We are familiar with the area and being a two minute walk to Matunuck Oyster House is a definite bonus!

This stay was a 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone in the Providence area. We booked for a last minute getaway; Neil was proactive, providing helpful and visual instructions for parking. Check in was simple and practical. Upon immediate entry we were welcomed with a home-like vibe, fresh full sets of towels and linen, stocked kitchen and bath amenities among others. The top of the boat definitely provides a cool view! We stopped into The Hot Club and were met with super friendly staff, a fun karaoke night and some good bar eats and drinks. Looking forward to coming back for another nice and convenient stay.

My husband and I typically head north of our location or to the cape for our getaways. This year we decided to try a new spot (booked last minute… few weeks out!) and we are so glad we found this amazing cottage!!! Newport did not disappoint, this “home away from home” felt just like that! Amazing gardens, clean and welcoming. We visited only for a long weekend, but could sense in just a few days that this is a hidden gem, location is prefect and loved the overall vibe! We hope to visit again next year! Thank you!

We had the best stay at the tiny house of blue. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The smart TVs in the bedroom and living space made for cosy evenings and the shower was high pressure with lots of hot water. It felt like a real home away from home. Christopher and Melissa being incredibly lovely hosts, even checking in on us mid week to see if we needed any fresh towels or anything. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area and we will be coming back!

It’s a lovely place. I loved the birdfeeder right outside where I could watch lots of birds. Kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided honey from their hives. Although it’s too cold right now (December), there’s a lovely veranda in teh back that would be perfect for morning coffee

Modern and comfortable studio. Loved the full kitchen and easy parking. I would hope to stay again if I find myself in Providence.

I had a wonderful vacation at Jordan and Whitney’s adorable cottage. It was very clean, had everything I needed , the neighbors were very friendly. I loved every minute staying here. I lived in RI my whole life, and now visit during the summer. I would stay here again. My messages were also answered promptly. Thank you Jordan and Whitney

Great host and location. Was in town for the Newport Marathon and to visit a friend in Providence. Location was great and so was the cottage! Highly recommend staying here

Perfect Rhode Island vacation cabin! We had a great spring break here! The location of this house is really great - not far from Providence and Newport, so it's very convenient to visit both cities. There are also several good cafes nearby. The house is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and it is exactly as described. The host responded promptly and gave me a late check-out. Highly recommended!

This little cottage is a great place for couples or a small family with a single child. Plenty of space, usable kitchen, and super close to two family, friendly beaches. The yard and common areas are quiet and clean. I would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the “sand castle” and we had another great stay!

Even though it was on a main road, the cottages were set back and I did not hear traffic noises. It was surprisingly peaceful and a great location to checkout other spots, like downtown Newport. Loved my stay!

I stayed here for a weakened with my little family of 4 plus my fur baby. We had a great time at this cabin . Nice change from the city. The place was clean , cozy and the host Estelle was super sweet. We will be returning next year for sure.

Bela is a very friendly, thoughtful and gracious host. She quickly responded to all our communications and very kindly accommodated our requests. Bela has beautifully renovated and decorated her historic home. Every inch has been thoughtfully transformed to be both functional and beautiful. Bela's home is fantastically located--right next door to a wonderful cafe/restaurant and just down the street from all the local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Bela and her beautiful home to everyone!!

The tiny home was absolute perfect. It was very private and cozy. We had to book last minute due to other arrangements falling through and Kerri was incredibly responsive and nice. Absolutely loved it and would stay here again.
