We had a lovely stay at this cottage! It was set up really well for us with a great twin room for our daughters, lots of games in the lounge and the kitchen area onto the big garden was great for the dog. The cottage is positioned really well, close to Snape and Aldeburgh, the farm shop is a 4 min drive and had everything we needed. We did lots of lovely walks including to the local village pub. We were really lucky with the weather and the garden having fields on 2 sides gave us beautiful views morning and night. The chocolates were also a highlight!

Perfect getaway. Secluded, but not far from anywhere. Modern, with a country feel and perfect hosts who leave lovely touches from personalised soaps and jams to gourmet apple juice! 5 stars, would give it more if l could!

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s beautiful barn conversion. Everything was immaculate, lots of space, well equipped and furnished and so comfortable in every respect. Caroline was so welcoming and helpful and had provided so many very thoughtful extra touches, from all the ingredients for a delicious full breakfast with bacon and amazing fresh hen’s eggs, chocolate brownies, sweets to toiletries and so much more. Caroline really had anticipated all any guests could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful and just a short stroll to all the amenities of this lovely village and so easy to explore Cambridge from too. We were all very sad to leave at the end of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s place for Easter 2025 with our family of 6. The house is amazing and huge. The living room has a wood burner and is a very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our 8 year nephew loved the games room and huge garden. We would 100% come and stay again. Thank you.

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.

The “Cowshed “was perfect for our stay. Situated in the grounds of a beautiful old farmhouse with a majestic in and out drive. The pub across the road does amazing food with excellent sevice.(try the pie for 2 😋) Jacky was a friendly and attentive host. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area. The house as just what we wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. Peter was very helpful and allowed us to check in early due to a family car emergency and he even recommend a local garage to help. Everything we needed was included plus a lovely breakfast pack , biscuits and wine.

I cannot recommend The Granary highly enough. Becky and Joe responded immediately to any questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The countryside and villages around Groton were stunning in the spring sunshine. The house itself was spotless and tastefully appointed, with lots of beautiful touches, such as fresh flowers. The house contained everything you may need. Beds were large and really comfortable with beautiful bed linen. A lovely hamper awaited our arrival containing freshly baked bread and scones. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Inside is so much bigger than what it looks like from the photos. It has a lovely cozy feeling. Our stay was so peaceful, we loved our night away. The hot tub was amazing. Katie the host is so lovely. She’s so helpful with anything you might need. We will definitely be back for another stay 😊

Exactly the beautiful and peaceful stay that we were looking for. The facilities were immaculate and Cathanne provided a very informative guest book and friendly hosting. We left wishing we could’ve stayed longer!

We booked the barn for a second Christmas Day with my daughters and their boyfriends as we live in the midlands and they are in Essex. I had asked Sharon if she could leave the Christmas decorations up for our stay, she did and they were outstanding, we cooked a full Christmas dinner and had all of the cutlery and crockery we needed, the bedrooms were amazing, thanks Sharon you made our second Christmas Day very special.

Perfect location, we was attending a wedding locally so booked it for a weekend away, Finn communicated with us very well and let us know about how to get into the accommodation late in the evening! Everything was included in the Airbnb and didn’t need to think about anything ! The little touches were perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub a lot! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic 3 nights spend with my wife and dog. Beautiful surroundings and extremely peaceful. The barn is very well equipped, very charming, great bed and an exceptional bathtub! Nicola is a fantastic host and extremely helpful. We will return for sure!

We felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful home. The interior design is very special, combining cosiness and flair. Spaces for book-reading, game-playing, family dinners and a cracker of a wood-burning stove. We loved our time there and can't wait to go back.

From flowers at the personalized check-in to a party in the courtyard the last evening, our stay was exceptional. The location in Old Bishop’s Stortford is beautiful and historic, a stone’s throw from the bell concert at St. Michael’s Church to many fine eateries in town. Fred helped quickly with a tricky shower faucet, and he and Hester answered any comments or concerns very quickly. Memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

Jenny is a great host and the place was superb in every respect. It was very cold weather but the place, even with high ceilings, was toasty warm to return to. The milk in the fridge and delicious homemade cake upon arrival was a nice touch. The location is peaceful and yet very close to the airport, you would never know. Our little girls loved the pigs and sheep.

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

Wir waren schon in vielen Airbnb‘s aber dieses hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und waren schon fast ein bisschen traurig die Unterkunft schon so schnelle wieder verlassen zu müssen. Alles war geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne diese Unterkunft wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. 🫶🏻
