We had a fantastic stay at Rose Apartments! The place is very nice, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms—all immaculately clean. It’s located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Grant was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs and flexible with checkin. The place was very clean and actually bigger than the pictures provided. It was in a great location where we were able to walk to a nearby park with hot springs and a beautiful lake, as well as great restaurants and stores. Had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

Terry and Prue were AMAZING hosts. The home is breathtaking and you have your own private space and super comfortable. They were always friendly and attentive, and if you want you can have as much privacy as you need. It’s the best experience we’ve had in Airbnb so far

The shared pool and hot tubs are in the center of the property. The 2 hot tubs are in a building looking out over the lake. The deck above the pool is a private residence. The place itself had thoughtful touches like a fan and a portable space heater, as well as plenty of dishes and glassware in the kitchen. The check in treats were tasty and they had many tea options in the pantry. Wifi worked well and the beds were comfortable. Due to the rain we did not use the kayaks, but saw them all in the shed. My only recommendation would be additional sleeping pillows, as the ones at the place were pretty flat and the large white ones were too big to sleep on comfortably.

As a property for a large family celebration, Inn Sophia was just perfect. The unique layout of the ajoined two houses accommodated 2 couples and 3 couples independently allowing for privacy, comfort and space. The deck and spa pool were well used for relaxation after busy days sightseeing. The homes were very clean and well appointed with kitchen equipment , linen and towels and all beautifully decorated. We have booked the property again for the new year.

Well, we liked Joe and Cynthia’s place so much we stayed there twice on our trip to New Zealand. It’s a beautiful property and the location is very convenient. If you are taking the family to Zorb, Skyline or jet boating these are all close by! I’d recommend this property to anyone.

Nice place, easy to find. The hosts were helpful by giving all kinds of recommendations what to do and see in Rotorua. I would recommend staying at Glenn & Sharon’s!
