Georgian Living at an Apartment in the Heart of Clerkenwell

An open-plan converted period apartment set on the top two floors of a Georgian house, "Woodbridge House" dating back to the 1760s. With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. Nice outlook over some of the period buildings within this historic conservation area including the church clock tower. Complimentary Toiletries provided. MASTER BEDROOM Located on the top floor,Huge Master bedroom with a Super-King size bed, built in wardrobes with safe. All Hangers provided. ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM Open plan designer shower room on the top floor SECOND BEDROOM Smaller second bedroom with a double bed and a small chest of drawers. Urban cosy nook

**Theres a loft extension going on next door.. it’s not too bad abs during work hours only. Enjoy the warmth & quiet of an open plan space with wood burning stove and HD smart tv. 5 mins walk to a cute up & coming village with some lovely independent shops, pubs & bars. The street is low/no traffic and is on top of a hill so feels quiet and safe. There are two stations nearby, one 5 mins walk & one 9 mins walk away. You can get to London Bridge in 8 mins or to Central London in 20 mins
