Welcome to #moatfarmkent 15 mins from Ashford International and under 2 hours from London. An idyllic escape onto our private wildlife farm. Nestled in the trees on the edge of our wildflower meadows, the Shepherds hut has all the comforts for a restorative, immersive stay in nature. Wake up to the sound of song birds and fresh air. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ and a toasty fire under the stars. After a long walk or cycle through the woods enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool or a game of tennis.

Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Our luxury & spacious caravan located on one of the most quietest locations on Parkdean Camber Sands known as "Millionaires Row". A 3 bedroom caravan - one double & 2 single twin bedrooms. Beach is only a 7 min walk & the site centre a 4 min walk. There is a separate cloakroom. Dogs that are well behaved are welcome. A beautiful log cabin set in a private 10-acre spot with stunning farmland views. Relax in your own private hot tub while alpacas roam freely nearby. Whether it’s a peaceful break with your partner or a family getaway where little ones can run free, there’s something for everyone. Feed the alpacas, sheep and goats if animals are your thing. A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
