What a wonderful place! Only a few steps from Pulteney Bridge, with the city center in very easy walking distance, this besutifully decorated flat felt like a lovely home right from the beginning. We particularly enjoyed the view and the fact that the flat is flooded with light. Thank you, Dan!

I booked this very last minute and Vicky was very obliging. Thoughtful touches such as complementary milk and cereals were available and she apologised that there wasn’t more as I was last minute. Easy check in, Onsite parking and a short walk to a pub serving carvery and other meals. I immediately felt comfortable in the well laid out apartment. Well equipped kitchen/ diner. Sofa for watching tv if that’s your thing. Extremely comfortable bed with spacious shower upstairs. All in all, perfectly suited my needs. Will be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location could not have been better. It was a 5 min walk to the Abby and Baths. The flat worked great for our family of 5. It was a unique and interesting place to stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had just three nights in Bath, and I can’t imagine a more picture-perfect accompaniment to the local ambience than Alison’s lovely flat. Alison’s directions were detailed and precise, as the property is on a street that curves around a bend. The kitchen had everything we needed, including fresh milk for our morning coffee and tea. The weather had just turned chilly, and Allison thoughfully dropped off some wood for the wood-burning stove, keeping us cozy throughout our stay. Would not stay anywhere else in Bath!

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

We had a lovely stay! The house is a converted school with a huge main room and lots of bedroom space. We loved the convenience of the kitchen and washer and dryer. Lots of great pubs nearby and close for visits to Bristol and Chepstow. Hosts were very responsive.

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

A unique and historic house which while quirky in some ways, still incorporated the modern facilities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is fantastic, central for many sites and interests, the rooms comfortable and unusual - eg wooden shutters for the windows. The garden was an unexpected bonus.

A lovely apartment - spacious, attractively furnished, well equipped, comfortable beds with quality linens. We are 3 friends who like our own space, but also like to sit and chat. Anne Marie's apartment provided us with all of that and an absolutely glorious view from the back of the property. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of attractions, cafes and a good choice of restaurants. . Thank you Anne Marie. It was lovely to meet you when we arrived. What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

If there were a Chartered Membership for Airbnb services, Niger and Karen would undoubtedly be esteemed Fellow Members. The hosts were attentive and took initiative to meet our needs. The apartment was spotless, well-organised, and fully equipped.

Great location just a short 10 minute walk into Bath city centre. Beautiful views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very peaceful. Parking for 2 cars. Spotless and clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is really pretty and cosy, it was perfect for our girls weekend. It was easy to find and was a great distance from local shops and had a very close bus stop to get to and from the centre of Bath. Kate is a lovely host who will answer any questions you have. Would definitely stay again!
