It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Our apartment of 86m2 is located in Salobreña, a town located in the central-western part of the Costa Granadina, about one hour drive to Granada. It is ideal for family vacations or with friends. You will stay just in front of the beach and you will have a communal swimming pool open in summer at your disposal! :) The house has a nice semi-open terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. For 4 guests, here you will have an unbeatable stay.
