It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

Welcome to KIRA, a stunning holiday home by the Beach. The Lagoon & Hove Beach Park (activities/leisure facilities) are on our doorstep. A short stroll to Rockwater for beachfront dining and drinks, or head to vibrant Brighton for shopping, bars/clubs, dinning and activities. With a bus stop right outside, everything you need is within easy reach. KIRA is the perfect base for a memorable stay. Guests have often said its the best Airbnb they've stayed in!

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.

The apartment is situated below the family home with it's own private entrance, via external stairwell, in a great location near to local amenities.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
