Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

A unique breathtaking seaview house

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

Μόνο 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο και μόλις 25 λεπτα με τα πόδια απτό κέντρο της πόλης μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ησυχία της φύσης και τον ήχο των κυμάτων. Επίσης απέχει 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο την παραλία Γάγγου περνώντας απο ένα μονοπάτι μέσα στην φύση. Δειτε το ομορφότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα κάθε απόγευμα από το μπαλκόνι σας! The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
