The apartment was well appointed - lots of different kitchenware and appliances of good quality (note: there is no microwave oven) and nice furnishings. There are separate heat/AC units in the living room and bedroom. The wonderful patio is great in good weather, and it is quite private. We liked the location - convenient to explore Rota by foot and Cádiz by water shuttle (runs several times a day from the maritime terminal, which is just a 10-minute walk away). David provided detailed instructions, and communication was good throughout. One thing to note is that the automobile elevator that connects the street to the garage is quite narrow, so one needs to be careful with a car when entering and exiting.

Large apartment in the very heart of Cadiz

We had great communication with our hosts throughout, and we received very helpful advice. The apartment was very spacious, well-maintained and really clean and tidy. My wife and I were really comfortable here. The kitchen and its appliances were practical and convenient, and it was great to have a tumble-drier in addition to a washing machine. The bedrooms, being at the back of the apartment, were beautifully quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had great showers - and the luxury of heated towel-rails. However, for us, the stand-out feature of this AirBnb was the lovely view from the lounge over a tree-filled square. We loved watching the sun appear over the Cadiz museum opposite as we had breakfast. A great apartment in a central location with excellent hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more.

A great stay in a lovely apartment with super luxury feel. Beautiful building in very good location for Cadiz Plaza de San Antonio. All the local amenities you could possibly need with good range of shops from fashion, gifts, food, and ice cream very close. All this though in a tranquil location, the flat has a nice feel of calm. Asun was extremely responsive and helpful.

A spacious and clean apartment in a well-tended and peaceful house, suitable for longer stays. The luxurious thing is the location – everything is at hand. There is a busy pedestrian street below the balcony, but the heavy window shutters cut off the noise effectively.

Espectacular estancia! Limpieza, localización, atención por parte de Jose… RECOMENDADO AL 100%🙋🏻‍♀️ Todo genial, repetiría seguro si viniera a Cádiz de nuevo. Piso céntrico, perfectamente amueblado y muy limpio, y por supuesto, muchos sitios para comer/tapear/tomar algo… cerca. Y de lo mejor, la atención del chico, siempre disponible y ayudando en lo que se necesite!😄

Très bon séjour à Cadix. Nous sommes venu dans la région pour le MotoGP, mais avec la volonté de profiter de la région en même temps. Merci à Emilio et sa compagne qui sont très accueillants, et prennent le temps de vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses. Le logement est bien situé, prévoir un extra pour le parking voiture payant à proximité.

El alojamiento es perfecto, con vistas al mar. Un poco complicada la accesibilidad ya que hay que bajar escaleras. El anfitrión Victor excepcional, atento, majo y siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviésemos. El alojamiento está en primera linea de playa al lado de varios chiringuitos que están abiertos todo el año. Hay un parking gratuito justo encima del apartamento que en nuestra estancia en febrero estaba siempre libre, pero supongo que en verano estará lleno. Fue una estancia perfecta. Muy recomendable.

appartamento nella periferia dicJerez, molto ben curato e arredato con stile. ottima la pulizia interna. parcheggio privato interno molto comodo. aria condizionata in tutte le stanze (essenziale visto il caldo in città), cucina con tutti gli accessori (lavastoviglie forni microonde e tradizionale, lavatrice etc..) piscina condominiale grande e tenuta in ordine, presenza del bagnino durante gli orari di apertura. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro città e allo stesso tempo per una gita al mare che si raggiunge in massimo 20 minuti.

Second visit to Francisco's place and have to say it is always a pleasure staying there. Fran is a great host! The apartment is spacious and he has thought of all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay! There is a park behind the complex and stores that are within minutes walking distance for anything you need. Absolutely planning on another stay soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Viveca and Hendrik’s house, which is centrally located right on one of the main squares in town (Plaza Espana), with great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just steps away. Despite its central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, and Viveca and Henrik made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a family of five plus grandparents. It even had the basics coffee, milk, and other basics on arrival - a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome. Parking was not an issue, we found free parking a short walk from the house. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

It was a fabulous stay in the accommodation, very close to the beach (river mouth) and also close to the center, walking to both places in about 5 minutes. The house is recently renovated and spotless. In the surroundings there are several restaurants but the most notable is a churro shop very close by for memorable breakfasts on the terrace. The host was always friendly and always available. A great stay to visit the area. We will definitely repeat.

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.
