Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. The house was spotless, quiet, and just the right size—plus, it was super cute and cozy. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the beach and plenty of nearby spots, and just a short 10-minute drive to places like State Street and the Public Market. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’m already recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara!

We were fortunate to chance upon the Magnolia Cottage when we were looking for a place in the Lompoc area to spend a weekend with our greyhound. Harvey's listing stood out as being the right place for us. Harvey's property is very well located, and it also has a unique charm of a Victorian house with an English style garden! Right from the first interaction which was very prompt, Harvey made sure we had all the information we needed to have. To add to that, Harvey was a gracious host and gave us a tour of the Victorian parts of the property and the gardens. During our stay he alerted us that there was a missile launch scheduled from the nearby Vandenberg SFB and thanks to Harvey, we got to witness the launch as a bonus! For anyone visiting the Lompoc area and looking for a charming place to stay, we recommend Harvey's!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

We were in Santa Barbara for my nephew's wedding. Brendon's place was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of the wedding venue and had plenty of room for the five of us. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean and inviting. Brendon stayed in contact throughout the process and was an excellent host.

Sebastian's place is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The entrance and exit instructions were clear, and communication was perfect. The home has lots of lovely light and windows -but also blackout curtains for those who prefer them. The location was EXCELLENT - just a few minutes from the beach and less than a ten minute walk to State Street shops, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. It was a delightful weekend!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. We stayed at Karen’s place for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The space is pristine, open, and well equipped. Super walkable, but also has everything you need for a night in. The top floor is basically an apartment unto itself - comfortable sitting area, large patio with chairs, and a huge king size bed along with a walk-in closet and bathroom. If you’re staying in Silverstrand, this is your spot - we will be back!

A true gem in Montecito! We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb, it truly exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well thought out, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. From the cozy, welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtfully stocked amenities, everything felt intentional and high quality. The location was perfect for exploring Montecito, yet peaceful and private enough for total relaxation. location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
