Vakantiewoningen met hottub in Sardinië

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Oktober. Strand und Meer sind super schön und mit einem kurzen Fussmarsch einfach erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, z.B. auch mit Sonnenschirmen für den Strand. Der Whirlpool ist ein Highlight! Matteo war sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist einfach und schnell. Vielen Dank.

This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

Die Unterkunft und der Garten ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Einziges kleines Manko: das warme Wasser dauerte etwas und wurde leider nicht richtig heiß („erfrischende“ Dusche). Ansonsten wirklich eine klare Empfehlung und wunderbare Airbnb-Erfahrung mit sehr herzlichen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

E' difficile trovare parole nuove per descrivere il meraviglioso soggiorno! Piera è una host perfetta, autenticamente premurosa, presente ma riservata. Ci ha preparato due golosissime torte e ci ha fornito di altri dolci! Utilissime le indicazioni per vivere bene il luogo.La casa, perfetta in ogni particolare, ha un rigoglioso giardino privato, un solarium e un accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Il paese è molto tranquillo e vicino a spiagge interessanti e luoghi di interesse archeologico importanti. Un unico consiglio : se volete cucinare nell'attrezzatissima cucina di Piera fate la spesa a Riola o altro paese grosso. A S. Caterina c'è poco al riguardo

Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

Świetne miejsce dla osób ceniących sobie spokój, ciszę i niezależność. Na miejscu było wszystko co potrzeba do spędzania urlopu, a nawet więcej. Przydały mi się maty na plażę, korzystałam z leżaków przed domem. Wszytko czyste i pachnące w domu. Okolica też przyjemna, małe miasteczko w którym codziennie jadłam pyszne włoskie śniadania, wszystko dobre i zaskakująco tanio ( pizza już od 5 euro). W okolicy do 20 min piękne plaże, codziennie byłam na innej. Bardzo polecam dla podróżujących samochodem. Dziękuję za pobyt na północy wyspy 👋

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa a Stintino e l'esperienza è stata indimenticabile. La villa è spaziosa, arredata con gusto e fornita di ogni comfort necessario per una vacanza perfetta. La piscina è incredibilmente pulita e ben curata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La posizione è ideale: immersa nella tranquillità, ma comunque vicina alle splendide spiagge e ai servizi di Stintino. Ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno all'interno della villa, dalla cucina completamente attrezzata fino ai dettagli come asciugamani e lenzuola di qualità. Il giardino che circonda la proprietà è l’ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax all’aperto, godendo della natura e della privacy. Consiglio questa villa a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante in una delle località più belle della Sardegna. Tornerò sicuramente!!

Mario and Maria were amazing and welcoming with nothing being an issue for them. The villa was spotless, the grounds were idyllic with lots of different seating areas to allow you to chill out. All the bedrooms were well appointed and the views from the master bedroom were stunning. We were there whilst the oleander was in flower and it was beautiful as there were many different colours. The pool was brilliant and we used it every day except for 1 day following a dust storm from the Sahara and Mario worked really hard to get it back on line for us by the next morning, it didn't effect us as we were out but proves the care Mario went to to cater to our needs. The outside eating area and kitchen were great and we ate there almost every night. Mario and Maria live on the property in the basement but unless you want to see them, they are very discreet. You are a little out in the sticks so will need a car to get around unless you are just planning a villa holiday. Hope to return one day.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Ariana war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Vielen Dank.

Es war ganz wunderbar. Enrico und Giulio waren sehr zuverlässig und freundlich, die Lage war super, es gibt einen grossen Garten und ein kleines Gehege mit Esel, Schwein, Schaf, Ziegen und Hühnern. Die Kinder fanden das super und die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich, haben immer sofort Hilfe angeboten, wenn was gebraucht wurde. Der Whirlpool wurde täglich gereinigt. Und meistens standen morgens frische Eier vor der Tür. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

We spent an incredible week at Rezearta’s house in Sardinia. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and just a short walk from a great beach, the location couldn’t have been better. From easy arrival and check-in to Rezearta’s prompt, friendly communication, everything ran smoothly. The house itself is filled with thoughtful details and high-quality touches—you can tell Rezëarta is a true professional host. The stylish décor, comfortable garden seating area, and spa zone (complete with yoga and exercise facilities) made our stay feel like a retreat. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus the convenience of private parking right on the property. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. We highly recommend Rezearta’s villa to anyone looking for an incredible getaway in Sardinia.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

Ottima location fornita di tutto il necessario. Host molto reattivo ed amichevole. Area tranquilla e vicina a Cagliari.
