Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home, Jen!

We had a fantastic stay at Emily and Daniel’s place! They were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was perfect—completely secluded, offering total privacy, and the private pool was a definite highlight. It felt like our own little oasis. Would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again!

Andy's home was as described and was perfect for what we required. Andy was easy to communicate with and provided easy to understand instructions for check in and out and general info about the house and local area.

We had a fantastic stay at Leanne’s. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and cosy too. We had breakfast in the sun in her beautiful peaceful garden. There is a folder full of recommendations for the area and beyond. Location was great with a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you so much!

Spent Christmas in this cottage with relatives and it was perfect. Very warm and cosy, with lovely furnishings and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hosts were very friendly and had decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas and left us essential groceries and treats. We had a brilliant time. Lovely walks nearby and lots of places to see. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

8 minute walk to train station and reasonable walk to beach. There are lots of hills in this town! We were happy to have good weather. There is lots to do in Brighton. We were there for a week, took train trips to Chichester and Lewes, which was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and hosts were generous in sharing things in the cupboards and freezer. We cook almost all our own meals, so the kitchen is important for us. The gas fireplace kept us cozy on chilly evenings, and it was quiet, which we really appreciated. They left us extra towels and sheets for our stay and their washer/dryer worked well.

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Top Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pier. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Einzig ist es sehr schwer a. Abend/Nacht am Freitag oder Samstag einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Thank you!

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
