Nuthin' Fancy but perfect! Second visit; came last June with a friend and returned this year with the same friend and hubby. Perfect layout for us: snoring hubby got his own bedroom, and we used the first-floor bathroom, friend got the upstairs bedroom and bath. Full kitchen for meals, welcome gifts upon arrival. Best part: bad storm knocked out power for several hours. We were immediately informed of where candles and flashlights were kept (with working batteries!). Fun evening of playing cards by candlelight :) Lots of wineries and waterfall hikes in the area (even if some trails were closed). Most of our destinations were 30 minutes or less away. We are already talking about a return trip next year!

My family and I attended a wedding and chose the best place to be with our family. The house is beautiful, equipped with everything we needed, clean and with a view of the lake and a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Erin was very kind and sent the information in advance. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Dacha house and I'm certain it won't be our last. Though next year I think I'll have too big of a group for it, I will miss it, as this house means "Cayuga bass fishing adventures" to me. It will be odd getting another place, I'd rather have a smaller group and get this house again. If you stay here you will not regret it! Host is perfect to work with and very accommodating.

The coziest atmosphere in the New York state. We felt like at home. The house is old but owners take a very good care of it. The most authentic American experience — we felt like we were staying not at a regular AirBnb place, but we were guests at an American family and felt really welcomed. A lot of things and details made our experience even better. Strongly recommend staying at this place.

Absolutely beautiful and worth staying. Lacey was super responsive and very kind. Right on the lake and the entire house was squeaky clean. So much to do locally too if you don’t want to drive too far. Highly recommend, we will be back!

This place is a gem! The description and photographs clearly show what you can expect. The space is warm, inviting, and just a short drive from town. We had everything we needed…and then some! Tiffany communicates well and is quick to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was such a pleasant weekend getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Great spot to stay right near Cayuga Lake. The house was immaculate and the beds were really comfortable. Definitely go check out O’malleys right down the street for great food and drinks!

Great little space for a getaway! Close to a few small places to eat and a local coffee shop. The loft was well equipped and cozy. Appreciated the quick response when I realized I locked my keys in the apartment! Really grateful he was so helpful with that issue so quickly and was friendly about it too! The bar downstairs does play music you can hear in the loft. This wasn’t an issue for me, but if you’re a light sleeper, something to be aware of! I would 10/10 stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the Seneca Lake region. Karen's place was perfect. Plenty of space with all the comforts of home. Karen offered several local restaurant recommendations -- all spot on. Her place actually looks even bigger and better in person than in the pictures online, if that's possible. It's spacious, clean, and modern. We loved everything about this air bnb and plan to return.

We had a great time staying at Keeler’s landing! It was perfect for us. Quiet, cozy and a great respite after long days of hiking and wine tasting. The place was very clean and Scott did a great job of providing thorough instructions and even recommendations for the area. He was a great host. Very responsive and a proactive communicator. Highly recommend this spot for a nice relaxing getaway in the finger lakes!

This is a wonderful place to stay for It’s A Wonderful Life weekend and any other weekend for that matter. Convenient to walk downtown in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts are responsive and attentive and a joy to deal with. Thank you!

Jacci was a great host! She was very communicative in ensuring we got into the space and felt at home once we were there. We met briefly as we were leaving and she was very friendly. As for the apartment - it was lovely. We were in town for a wedding and were able to walk right across the street to the venue. It was a great option.

We had a great stay at Phil’s place. He responded quickly and helpfully to a few questions I had before our stay. The homemade brownies were a nice touch! The home is well stocked and there are lots of personal touches, such as a display of local recommendations. It’s really close to a great brewery, and a pleasant drive to other area destinations. We’d highly recommend Phil’s place and hope to return!

We had our daughter’s wedding at Seneca Ridge venue right up the lane. So convenient and perfect space. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Lisa left cookies in the freezer and they were delicious!! I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

very clean with all the amenities. good location if you want to be at the top of the lakes. would not be a good location if you wanted to spend a lot of time in the southern part of the lakes.

Great Place to stay if your looking forward to relaxing and catching a break from everything.

We loved our stay at Rachel’s place! The sauna was so nice. I was working remotely and the internet worked well. Rachel was so welcoming, helpful and communicative. She did so much to make our stay great. highly recommend! also love the location! thank you!!

We really loved staying at John's place. Everything was clean, felt new and was as described. The place really reflected John and Anna's great care and thoughtfulness. Loved sitting by the pond outside for our morning coffee, listening to the birds and drinking in the scenery. It really was lovely and wonderful!

Lori was amazing at communicating with us about some issues we had leading up to our visit. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.
