We loved Adolfo's place. Check in was straight forward and he was very flexible with us. We really enjoyed our stay. The shower leaked a bit and the floor got wet, but Reyes was responsive and provided a solution in a timely fashion. Also received restaurant recommendations.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento de David, nos hemos sentido como en casa! Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, incluso era más bonito en persona que en fotos. La entrada era muy amplia donde dejar las cosas, hemos ido con una niña de 2 años y nos ha venido genial para dejar su carrito. Sin duda, un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para disfrutar del fin de semana.

Adriana es una excelente anfitriona, disponible a solucionar inquietudes y flexible. Además, el apartamento está tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio cama confortable para descansar. No tenemos, queja del trato y ni del sitio. ¡Recomendado! y se lleva todas nuestras estrellas. 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Todo genial, Eduardo ha sido muy buen anfitrión. Muy amable y atento y la casa estaba genial.

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

The apartment is a gem! Amazing location at walkable distance from the main touristic spots. Train station and grocery store just a few minutes away. The unit was clean, cozy and beautiful. Thank you so much Pilar and Mariela, we had a wonderful time :)

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Ana was a wonderful host! Communication was clear and quick throughout the stay, and she made everything easy and stress-free. The place was very clean and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend her as a host.

El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado. Su decoración y amplitud del apartamento son puntos a destacar, además de la comodidad de la cama. Para repetir sin duda. Retroproyector y barra de sonido perfecto para peliculón Netflix con palomitas.

Todo aconteció perfectamente , Carmen se comunicó conmigo muy amablemente desde el principio, fue muy clara y siempre respondía al instante mis consultas. El apartamento era tan cual estaba publicado, nos dejó ropa de cama y toallas en perfectas condiciones y hasta shampoo , gel de ducha , jugos en la heladera , leche, pan y galletas. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento .

Cadre exceptionnel d un grand raffinement tant par l emplacement que la décoration d un goût exquis… L hospitalité d Olivier ( et d Ana ) fut remarquable … De loin le meilleur Airbnb que j’ai pu connaître… Félicitations !!!!!

The apartment was perfect. First of all it was super clean and as advertised, large enough for a couple. What’s important is that even though it is on one of Madrid’s busiest street it is super quiet, not a single noise from the street… and then once outside you’re at walking / bus / subway distance from anything Madrid has to offer! Really the best deal around.

La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para ir a La Pedriza. Celia fue súper atenta y me preparó una infusión de su huerto que estuvo increíble. Recomendado 100%.

Hola , la experiencia a sido la primera y la valoro como muy buena , quizás si debo hacer un comentario constructivo me faltaron alguna toalla más y la habitación algo estrecha . Por lo demás genial . Rosa es una mujer muy correcta

Muy recomendable. El alojamiento es ideal para familias con niños que, tras visitar Puy de Fou o Toledo, deseen huir de las grandes multitudes y disfrutar de un tiempo de tranquilidad. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Camas muy cómodas. El pequeño frigorífico en la habitación nos resultó muy útil. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Las zonas comunes apenas pudimos utilizarlas porque nos hizo mal tiempo, pero también están fenomenal. El trato por parte de Musita y el resto del personal de la casa ha sido extraordinario. ¡Muchísimas gracias, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto!

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!
