One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.
