We had a fantastic time in the villa for the second time. We felt right at home again and will definitely be back. The size of the beautifully decorated house, the pool and garden, and the proximity to the beach are simply fantastic. Many thanks again to Hakima and Najat.

La situation du logement de Jason est exceptionnelle. Au cœur de l'ancienne Kasbah des Oudayas, il offre une magnifique vue sur le fleuve Oued, l'ancienne médina et la ville de Salé. L'accès au logement a été grandement facilité par le chauffeur, très sympathique et accueillant, qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb ! Merci pour tout !

Maison bien située, mais nuisances extérieures à considérer La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du bord de mer, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades. Elle est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. Cependant, certains éléments extérieurs peuvent impacter la qualité du séjour : - La rue d’accès est en très mauvais état, avec de nombreux trous et bosses, ce qui complique la circulation, notamment la nuit ou par temps de pluie. - Un chantier se trouve juste en face, générant des nuisances sonores tout au long de la journée, y compris le samedi, ce qui réduit la tranquillité et l’usage des espaces extérieurs. - La présence de chiens errants dans la rue peut aussi poser problème. Il est préférable de rester prudent lors des sorties, notamment en se munissant de pierres ou d’un bâton pour les éloigner si besoin. Leurs aboiements et bagarres nocturnes peuvent créer un sentiment d’insécurité. Un logement à recommander en connaissance de cause

Younesin talo oli ihana marokkolainen talo. Sijainti on kiva, lasten kanssa on helppo olla, parkkipaikkaa ei tarvitse etsiä ja lähellä on kotieläimiä. Younes oli todella vieraanvarainen ja ystävällinen. Iso suositus!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa nichée au golf de Benslimane. Le cadre est agréable et paisible, avec une magnifique piscine extérieure ensoleillée et un jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de l'hôte à notre arrivée, telles que l'eau, les capsules de café, sodas... La cuisine est bien équipée, avec de la vaisselle et des chaises hautes pour enfants, ce qui nous a été très utile. En somme, la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable, comme si nous étions chez nous. Un grand merci à Anass pour son accueil chaleureux et à Sophie pour toutes les informations utiles et échanges tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Hôte très sympathique, arrangeant, accueil au top, hôte disponible pendant le séjour. Logement très cocooning, très propre, le nécessaire est dans le logement. En ce qui concerne l’emplacement il se situe en centre ville plusieurs centre d’intérêt accessible à pied. Vous pouvez louer se logement en toute tranquillité. Je le recommande fortement. Unser Aufenthalt bei Jamel war der Beste während unserer gesamten Reise und in Rabat hat er uns den Urlaub gerettet. Nach dem wir eine schreckliche Unterkunft hatten, wo wir keine Nacht bleiben wollten, suchten wir erneut und stießen auf Jamel, der uns innerhalb von kürzester Zeit in seinem Apartement Willkommen hieß. Die Medina ist innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Alles perfekt...vor allem die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Danke Jamel!

Das gemietete Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. Uitstekend appartement van waaruit je Rabat kunt ontdekken. De medina en de kasbah zijn allebei op loopafstand, evenals gezellige straten van de binnenstad. De woning zelf is netjes, modern, en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren vooral erg blij met het ruime balkon, de perfecte plek om lekker te ontspannen, inclusief verstelbaar zonnescherm. Het contact met Amine was ook top; hij reageerde snel en professioneel op al onze vragen. Kortom: geweldig! Een aanrader!
