This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home sits right on the Greenbrier river. Minutes from Marlinton, Siebert and Watoga State Park. Directly across the river is the Greenbrier River Trail. The great room offers tons of natural light with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! Stay here! In the coziest studio on the mountain, across from Powderidge slope/lift. Sleeps 4: queen bed + sleeper sofa (both with new foam mattresses), and a self-inflating air mattress, just in case. You'll have a full kitchen (with a Keurig and kcups), Roku streaming device, washer/dryer, a wood burning fireplace with FREE FIREWOOD (during ski season), and a balcony that backs up into a wooded area with plenty of deer to greet you. :)
