The Lake has year round trout fishing & the rivers/streams are seasonal. Water access is convenient with a boat ramp only 500m away . The property has enclosed yard for car & average sized boat. Selwyn snowfields are 40 mins away & Thredbo/Perisher are 1 hr travel time. See the historic ruins of Kiandra, Yarrangobilly caves/Thermal pool, Alpine hikes.

It is a short walk from the Village Square, Kosciuszko Express Chairlift and the new Merits Gondola. Fully self-contained and includes linen, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), internet and telstra TV (with netflix and foxtell now). There is also a balcony.

In peak months of winter only a Friday or Sunday check in is available. Only a 2 min drive to the Ski Tube or 18km to Thredbo or Jindabyne. Sleeps 4 people, internal bike/ski storage, onsite car park for 2 cars. Restaurant and café within 250m walk.

Bedroom 2: Double Bed/bunk and one bunk bed accommodating 5 people. Bedrooms open to the lounge room through dividing curtains. LINEN NOT INCLUDED. Linen hire cost (Sheets, pillow/case, Doona and Towel): $35 per single set, $45 per double set or bring your own.
