Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Bedroom has a astonishing view, king size bed, fresh sheets and towels. Two sigle beds are available in the living room. Large bathroom. Ideaal appartement voor een stel, eventueel met baby. Geniet van een schitterend uitzicht en veel rust en privacy. Privé pergola voor de deur en dichtbij het schitterende zwembad. Het appartement is onderdeel van onze boerderij van 30 hectare, met wandel en fietspaden die hier doorheen lopen. We zijn niet ver van Perugia en liggen centraal, ook een uitstekende plek dus als je naast rust en natuur, toch iets van Umbrie wil zien.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
