Excellent location right near the beach, some good restaurants, nightlife options, a magasin general, and a short walk the Medina if you are not in a rush. Check in and out was easy and smooth. This is also one of few places that has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and their ow bathrooms, which was great for my cousin and I. The amount of outdoor space was also fantastic. I highly recommend and will be back when I return to Sousse!

Bel appartement propre, situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre de sousse. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part du papa . Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons passé une bon sejour en famille, le logement est central, proche du centre ville, de la gare, et de la vielle ville.... Nous recommandons.

A very spacious apartment. Location is good. The beach is only 2minutes to walk. The train station and the old Medina can be got on foot.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Un appartement agréable et bien situé proche de la plage et à distance à pieds de la médina. Erkan est un hôte agréable et a l’écoute. L’appartement est bien aménagé mais attention à la sortie de douche car le sol est glissant. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. Le quartier est tranquille et le lieu est au calme.

Le logement est spacieux et propre. Il est bien équipé et agréable La propriétaire est a l’écoute et réactive. L’environnement est calme. Nous avons passée un bon séjours, Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournerons probablement.

La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement, la maison était propre. Nous recommandons cette maison en espérant y revenir un jour. À très bientôt.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Todo genial. Llegamos y tuvimos problemas con el agua que se cortaba por la noche ( cosa que tenía que habernos avisado), el colchón incómodo y las sábanas sucias, no había sartén en condiciones para cocinar ni Wiffi, pero se lo dijimos y nos trajo de todo nuevo en ese mismo momento . Muy buena comunicación y pareja muy amable. Al apartamento muy cerca de la playa y con taxis colectivos pasando por la zona para poder desplazarte a cualquier sitio.

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

We had a great stay. We felt like home. Quite, beautifull and cosy apartment in a nice neighberhoud. The apartment has all the needed equipment and well organized and clean. The host is very friendly and supportive. I really recommend this place for a short long stay. Thanks Ameni and Sadok, I will come back soon.

Wspaniałą komunikacja z właścicielem. Mieszkanie przepiękne, czyste i wszystko co najpotrzebniejsze to było na miejscu ( to ogromny plus ) To na pewno nie mój ostatni pobyt w tym miejscu, bo jestem bardzo zadowolona
