Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer. Have your coffee on your private balcony overlooking the island's most picturesque sunrises and Perry’s Monument...and stargazing at night! Our place is ideal for couples or small families. Enjoy backyard bbq on the lake or simply relax and listen to the waves. Located close to downtown but far enough away for you to relax. This is a quiet 12-unit building with some year-round residents so please no parties!

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the side of Put in Bay you never thought existed. This 3 bedroom, one bathroom getaway sits on 1 acre & is bordered by a 15 acre preserve. You'll enjoy the peace & sound of the surrounding woodland, whilst being minutes from downtown. Ample parking & space to make memories. Make this your next & only stay when you come enjoy PIB. *attention boaters-- plenty of room but it is a narrow and hilly drive to the home. **Absolutely no parties.

Enjoy easy access to popular bars/restaurants from this newly renovated gem. Erie Street Rentals are located at an island house that was established in 1850. It was going to be a knock down project but since we fell in love with it’s old bones/history we decided to do a complete restoration. Now, the house is split in 5 rental units, each with smart lock entrance, porch area,bathroom and kitchenette( separate for each suite).One free parking spot per unit. This is a listing for Unit 2

Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
