I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. The functional kitchen was a great convenience, and the house help was polite and helpful. Titu was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating whenever I needed anything. The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

It's a great place within the budget. Bharat and Belanti are awesome hosts. Belanti has been super proactive and connected with us everyday during our stay to check upon us. that's a great gesture. The place is pretty big with 3 balconies facing both inside and outside. The location is also pretty convenient as it's walkable to Patnem beach and some great eateries. Specifically for the people driving from and to Bangalore, as it's just beside NH 66 and very close to the border. Saves a lot of time on your 1st and last day of the drive. Will certainly visit again. ❤️

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The space was both beautiful and super functional—it had everything we needed. The whole house was clean, air-conditioned, and really well-kept. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made things really convenient. We ended up spending a lot of time in the living room—it was cozy and had a TV, so it became our go-to hangout spot during the trip. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home
