Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Ideal location in South Hero with direct lakeside access (Lake Champlain) with small beach. 30 mins to Burlington. Property has two lakeside cottages - both are included in rental. Studio only available through end of October. Large cottage: 2 bed, 2 bath, large living room, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6, with 2 people in the living room on pull out couch.
