Twin Bedroom with Private bathroom

Spacious twin bedded room with private bathroom in owner-occupied flat - part of old Dowager House in peaceful rural village setting within 5 miles of Northampton City Centre offering The Derngate and Royal Theatres and cinemas. Bed linen and towels provided. Use of microwave and access to tea and coffee facilities in large country kitchen. Breakfast of cereal/toast and orange juice provided Bedroom has television and use of Reebok exercise bike, also tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant, The French Partridge is within walking distance. Local village shop and pub within half a mile in neighboring village. Within 25 mins drive to Milton Keynes City Centre where you can take a Virgin train into London Euston (32 mins). Also 30mins drive to Silverstone Racetrack.. Conveniently situated between junctions 14 & 15 of the M1 makes it very easy to access middle England, from the Cotswolds and Oxford to Stratford upon Avon( William Shakespeare's birthplace) and Birmingham Also the delightful old market town of Olney is 10mins drive away. Off road parking. There is a futon in the room, use of which would make the room cosy!

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Hot tub available Mar - Oct (and New Year's Eve) for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Immaculately presented Self contained garage conversion with own entrance door and en suite walk in shower room. Modern bright and spotlessly clean spacious bedroom The room has ample sockets usb points tv wifi desk and lamp tea and coffee making facilities and a mini cool box/fridge. There is a lockable fire door to the main house which is kept locked. Ideal for business guests close to J14 of the M1 and Willen Lake and handy for Silverstone. Free parking on driveway. Quiet location

A homely and extremely comfortable private annex within walking distance of the centre of Aylesbury. Comprising of a small double bed, suitable for 1 or 2 people, a lounge ,TV, private bathroom with shower and own private entrance. A well equipped kitchenette makes for a great short or long term stay. Whether you would like to walk in the stunning Chiltern Hills or pop up to London there is access to A41,M25 and Aylesbury train station close by with good links to London Marylebone.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
