We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

I stayed with a group of friends for the weekend and we very much enjoyed our stay at Kathy's. Gorgeous property, excellent decor, stunning view and nicely walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. There were thoughtful extra touches provided by the host – and me and my friends love to cook, so we were very grateful for the well-provisioned kitchen and set of sharp knives. It was our first time in Stroud and we loved it!

What a lovely lovely house for a quick or long stay. Beautiful apartment decorated so nicely and extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and very welcoming and answered the phone very quickly to any problems. Definitely recommend :)

Great stay! Really perfect location close to nearby shops and boscombe centre but the major plus was 5/10min walk from the beach. Perfect place for us as a couple, really clean and cosy. The addition of some wee treats was lovely!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

This is a very comfortable and generous flat for a couple: well-equipped, with a sunny aspect yet cool in hot weather (admittedly April so cannot guarantee this in August - no air con). Superb location for the beach and morning sea swimming. Quiet and yet only a short walk from a couple of nice bistros near the pier. Everything as per the billing. Maureen very quick to respond to any messages and this contributed to a very relaxing stay.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wir benötigten eine größere Unterkunft als üblich in Southsea, um etwas mehr Komfort zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt genau in unserem bevorzugten Bereich in Southsea. Von hier aus bist du umgehend im Park und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand sowie Pubs, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber Soraya stellt Parkscheine zur Verfügung und es ist immer möglich, in der Nähe etwas zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche für unsere Zwecke sehr gut nutzbar. Wünschenswert wäre mehr Besteck, um nicht täglich die Spülmaschine nutzen zu müssen. Großer Fernseher, toller englischer Erker mit Blick auf Southsea Common und die Kneipenstraße. Dennoch nicht unangenehm laut, die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Ausreichend Sitzmöbel. Das Sofa ist etwas durchgesessen und die Matratze im Bett sehr hart, aber dies ist wohl eher ein persönliches Empfinden. Soraya war immer blitzschnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Eastholme is a beautiful, modern property, set back from the road and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Ideally located for the beach, Eastholme is a fantastic base from which to explore Trevone. The interior of the property was modern but felt like a home from home

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

We had a great stay at Lee’s place. It was perfect for a big family get together. There was plenty of space and we loved the big kitchen / diner. Lee sent clearly instructions on how to get to the house. The parking space in the garden was a bit tricky to get in and out of, but we were fine with roadside parking. There are cafes and a co-op only a few minutes walk away which was handy. I would thoroughly recommend Lee’s place and stay again.

This little estate is beautiful, the wildlife was amazing, I went with a toddler and my husband and very pregnant. Walkable playgrounds and a trampoline, swimming pool in the spa is lovely inside outside pool. Perfect for little one. Really enjoyed the peacefulness. Bank holiday weeks are very busy and everything requires to be booked so we were grateful to have several days without the peek of the holidays. House has lovely bedrooms. Was a much needed break after having to cancel a holiday to Greece due to pregnancy complications we picked this little village and was totally worth it. Day trips out to Cotswold wildlife is a worth a trip and Cirencester (we’ve been a few time is still a beautiful little town) worth bringing some essential you may need if cooking within the house.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Fantastic Host Truly delightful in every way , the property Had everything and more , a home from home . Communication from Sharon was excellent throughout Stunning location , we loved the beautiful gardens , the pretty little stream . We all slept so well . Thankyou for allowing us to stay , we loved it and will definately be back ....

This was a very brief stay as we hit traffic into Swansea on Friday night due to the Bank Holiday. Therefore we headed straight to our restaurant and onto the Theatre. Didn’t get into the property until late but fortunately it was very ash to access and well laid out with convenient off road parking. Beds, cleanliness and facilities excellent and shower was great following our parkrun on Saturday. A quick shower and we off for breakfast and to watch the early kickoff of the football. A great compact terrace type house close to city centre this accommodation served us vey well. Thanks
