You reach the restaurants and shops in 3 minutes by feet. The house is in the typical cycladic architectural beauty with modern details. The main bus stop is just 1 minute away. You can go every hour to Parikia and the beaches, for e.g. Colimbithres, Agios Ioannis, Santa Maria, Punta Beach.

It takes one minute on foot to be in the central road of Paroikia with the shops, bars and restaurants and 10-15 minutes to the port of Paros.

This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
