Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with a seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs to the left is a separate family bathroom and to the right a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels & it’s own en-suite then a further larger bedroom with zip n link king or twin beds.

Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. This cozy, compact accommodation adjoins the original barn at Manor House, a C16 grade II listed farmhouse on the edge of the quiet countryside village of Middleton. An ideal place for couples or solo travellers to explore the best of Suffolk's Heritage Coast with Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick just a short drive away and the coastlines many ‘AONB’s as well as several ‘Sites of Special Scientific Interest’ - and literally just down the road from the RSPB’s flagship Minsmere.

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

The chalet is only a stone's throw away from Nicholas Everett Park and Carlton Marshes nature reserve. Oulton Broad is nearby with its bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is a 10 minute drive away and there is a railway station close by. The park boasts a range of amenities such as the onsite Moss & Co bar and restaurant, a chargeable gym and swimming pool.
