Within a bush setting on Happy Valley Road, this architecturally designed ‘shack’ consists of 2 compact eco pavilions joined by a covered deck. There is a bush track directly to the beautiful Spring Beach - around 5-10 minutes to walk. There are two more dwellings close by, but trees, bushes and clever design offer complete privacy. Approx 6 minutes drive (4km) from Orford centre (and the closest shops/cafe's etc).

Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Sandra & Ricky are pleased to be hosting Rostrevor Pickers Cottage located just 3 minutes from the Maria Island Ferry. Stroll around the historical Rostrevor farm which was once one of the largest orchards in the southern hemisphere and is now a family run fine wool and hereford cattle farm with many original buildings on site. This lovingly restored farm shed turned contemporary cottage is nestled in the shade of a centuries old oak tree, perfect for taking in the country quiet.

Formally known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a stone’s throw from the riverside and five minutes from the ocean. The house captures daylight from every compass point in spacious rooms that still have a lot of their original features. Sunways can host 4 guests across two spacious queen bedrooms and one shared bathroom. We welcome pets but request they must strictly remain off all furniture.
