Very charming house with clever update to a classic design. Instructions for use of house were on target. Bathroom was particularly well designed and clean. Individual heating units worked great and kept us comfortable as Fall approached. Kitchen was very well stocked and organized. Highly recommend.

Great house to spend 3 nights in, had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have breakfast and dinners at the house. Perfect location for us as was close to the people we were in Blenheim visiting. Thanks 😊

We have stayed in airbnb’s here in NZ, Australia and Canada. Nigel’s place was by far the best we have stayed in. The place was so well equipped and a pleasure to stay in. Nigel was extremely responsive and full of suggestions to fill in our days outings. We were right at home and hardly had a meal out choosing to stay in, take in the view, enjoy a local wine 🍷 and utilize the chef friendly kitchen. We will be back and are already planning our next trip.

So glad we stayed here. Very comfortable home with a fantastic view. This ended up being our favourite place to stay during our NZ holiday.

Jenny’s place was exactly as described — and even better. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, cosy, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was really easy, communication with Jenny was great, and she had a fantastic list of local recommendations waiting for us on arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Gin cottage is a gem in Marlborough. The home itself is perfectly comfortable for two and once the Vines Village closes down you have ultimate privacy. The village also offers a great opportunity for breakfast or a drink! Louisa was prompt in all her correspondence, check-in was super easy with help from Louisa and the cottage was as described. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone else coming to Marlborough!

A beautiful place to stay. Lovely peaceful deck and garden area to relax and enjoy a BBQ or early morning coffee. Frank and Maria are lovely hosts with great local knowledge and recommendations for first time visitors. Enjoyed our stay and the yummy apple crumble that was a special treat. Highly recommend……
