We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Welcome to our 1931 Bissman yellow door cottage close to downtown, cafes and local micro-brewery just 1 block away. Theaters, restaurants, galleries and nightlife very close. Enjoy a cozy vintage charm and the location can't be beat. The house has been lovingly maintained and boasts many original details- featured as Home of the Week In Springfield paper. It has easy access to MSU, Drury, Evangel, Hammond’s Cardinals baseball field, WOW, Bass Pro, Mercy, hwy access and the mall.

The Camp House - NO CLEANING FEE

You can have the privilege of staying in one of Springfield's oldest homes, an historic 135 year old Victorian family home in beautiful Walnut Street Historic District with gardens and large front porch. The home was built by the owner's Great Grandfather for his new bride in 1886. The Camp House has always been owned and lived in by descendants of the original owner/builder, Dr. Walter and Pauline Camp. John and Pat have restored the home to it's mostly original condition.
