In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It is 1.5miles, 2.4km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The flat has been fully refurbished. The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
