Vakantiewoningen met ontbijt in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

We stayed at Rosalyn's for a couple of nights while seeing family. The flat is perfectly located, very close to the station and an easy walk to the beach and the various shops & restaurants St Leonard's has to offer. Hastings is about a half-hour seafront stroll. The flat itself was clean, bright, and had all we needed. Rosalyn was also very quick to respond to any queries. We would be more than happy to stay here again. __

Jo and Peter were superb hosts, friendly, informative with a delightful continental type breakfast too, we never felt rushed and they were very unassuming with their flexibility. We would definitely recommend a stay with them and intend ourselves to stay again.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. We had a lovely stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and the added extras were a really nice touch. Incredible being so close to the amazing beach - the climb is steep but you can walk round if you don’t fancy tackling the dune! This place made a brilliant base as well for visiting all of the local attractions. Fran is a great host and was very responsive. Thank you! ☺️

Wonderful, large house which our family of six enjoyed immensely. Very clean throughout Many toys for the children both inside, and in the shed for use in the spacious garden. Large, well-equipped kitchen/diner. Plenty of comfortable seating in the front/sitting room. Beds very comfortable, good shower. Easy walk to the local nature reserve, pub which does Greek food, and buses to Rye. Hope to return one day.

Thanks so much for a lovely end to our cycling trip. Linda was a great host, greeted us on arrival, and was always happy to answer any questions we have had. Apartment was very clean, spacious, beds comfortable. We nicely surprised by nice continental breakfast which was provided. Bathroom spotless, shampoo, soap etc…. provided. Location great in quiet part of Eastbourne, very close to South Downs Way, 10-15min walk to the waterfront and beach. Local shops, pub and cafe only couple of min walk away. Once again thanks for great stay!!!

This is a very nice cute old cottage. If you expect that, and not Four Seasons - you'll love it. It's very livable and enjoyable. The fireplace that Sara prepared for us was such a nice touch. Sara's communication has been superb - I'm sure we'll come back to her place!

The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt and uncle who stayed in Alex's bnb when I was getting married last weekend. They were delighted with the accommodation, it was lovely clean and cozy and filled with treats! Alex herself was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for them during their stay. They wanted me to send their big thanks for making this exciting weekend extra special! I also wanted to say that Alex was really great with communication and directions provided perfect details of where to go and always made herself available. I stayed with a couple of friends at Simon and Paulas place. We had such a lovely stay. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jessica the cat made our stay even better :). Thank you for a great stay!

This is our third time staying. Place was clean and welcoming. Hosts are responsive and very kind in dealing with our messages as we had to shorten stay. Will definitely stay again.

Marsha was a fantastic host and very helpful. Design House added extra excitement to our trip and the location was perfect for a weekend by the coast. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, Marsha kindly left out a beach BBQ and a dog bed, plus additional mattresses for our children. We loved the fun interior and many quirks, highly recommended for a fun filled trip with friends or family.

Tam and Ed were absolutely wonderful hosts! very helpful and went out of their way to assist us couldn’t have been friendlier! The place is beautiful and in a wonderful spot would highly recommend it. We are definitely going to come back well worth the trip from Sydney to go there!

Enid is absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. Her place was very clean and well equipped. It is a little out of the way but was easy to get taxis and only 8/9 to get to Hastings old town. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

Incredible Stay! Amazing Hosts. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful giving us recommendations and advice, even providing us with a map for the Winnie the Pooh walk. A spotless air bnb with great facilities and fantastic views. A brilliant central hub with most things either a short walk or car ride away. Definitely stay here!!

Carol and Clive were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The cottage is querky and full of character with a lovely back garden next to the river and with beautiful views of the countryside. Check in was flexible and easy to arrange. It is a lovely village and Carol's place is central and walkable to local pubs. I had a lovely time and would return to explore the area more.

We really enjoyed staying with Caroline; a warm, friendly and generous host. The house was brimming with character and the room was perfect. Our delicious breakfast was all home made with local ingredients. Caroline's place is highly recommended! Thank you.

We had a great stay at the Stable. Couldn’t have asked for more. Jan was a great host, met us on arrival, really friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat and left us pastries for breakfast which was a nice thought. The accommodation was exactly what we needed and the outside space was beautiful and very peaceful, with the added bonus of Badger the dog who is just brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

Sally was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place is in such a lovely setting along with the space being cosy and inviting! We hope to return again to explore the beautiful area further!

Peter and Sue were so welcoming and relaxed when we arrived. The room was actually nicer than we expected, super clean, extremely quiet, comfortable, and fitted with everything we needed. In the morning Peter cooked us a lovely breakfast which set us up nicely for the day of cycling ahead. The night before he let us use a couple of locks for our bikes - not that we even needed them, as the b and b was secure and off the road. Would wholeheartedly recommend this b and b to anyone passing through the area. Hopefully we’ll see you both again in the future! Thanks for a pleasant and stress free stay!

What can I say other than wow. This beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful, in a gorgeous location and perfectly presented. Sarah is one of the best hosts I have had, not only was she incredibly friendly, helpful but she went out of her way to make me feel right at home and offered a delicious breakfast in the mornings too. I wish I could rate this Airbnb higher than 5 stars because its worth double that. I will definitely be back in the future.

Lovely place , weekend stay right on a farm lots of wildlife from cows sheep horses birds and bats , and not to forget Mac and Bumble the hosts dogs always there to greet you when returning back from a visit out , Host lovely friendly and helpful very relaxed stay did us a treat , Jane even stoked up the stove (fire ) for us , it was a lovely weekend .
