We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Modern self-contained holiday home. 3 guests – 1 king-size bed (can convert to 2x singles) – 1 bedroom – 1 shower room – sofa bed – secure outside space. Only 7 mins’ walk to the beach and 3 mins to West St Leonards train station, The Annexe is a great location for your coastal break. It’s well situated for exploring the historic and vibrant areas of Hastings, St Leonards, and Rye. Just a few minutes’ drive to Bexhill, it’s also handy for concerts & exhibitions at the De La Warr.

This raised ground floor apartment has direct sea views in an architect refurbished 1838 Decimus Burton house. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The apartment and entire building have been restored , it has a modern spacious kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. There is a South facing balcony with sea views.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
