The small apartment is on the first floor of a residential building and is simply yet lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment also includes a garage. The Villnöss Valley is easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Die Wohnung hat einen privaten Eingang mit Parkplatz, einen großen Balkon und eine Terrasse mit Garten. Tot de voorzieningen behoren ook snelle wifi, verwarming en een tv. Jullie hebben een eigen balkon tot jullie beschikking. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Meine Unterkunf ist außerhalb des Dorfzentrums inmitten einer begehrlichen Naturlandschaft. Trozdem sehr ideal gelegen, da man schnell zu den gewünschten Zielen gelangt wie z.B. der Villandererer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Grödner-Tal.... Auch die schönen Städte Südtirols, wie Klausen, Brixen, Bozen sind leicht zu erreichen..
