Great host, great apartment. Will be back next week

When we arrived we discovered that the lift in the block wasn't working which was a slight inconvenience as 2 of our party have mobility issues. On reporting it to Douglas he was nice enough to phone us (rather than just message) to ensure that it wasn't going to hamper our visit too much. This was our 2nd trip to this property and hopefully not our last as it is comfortable with all amenities needed by our party of 5.

A excellent location within walking distance to tgedentre of Dunoon. Great views from the lounge as well. Very well equipped which made for a very comfortable stay. Patricia replied to every query virtually immediately, even though she was away. Definitely a good airbnb location.

This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

Had a great stay, the place was very clean and more than I had expected, it was walkable to the shops and eateries and just very central to everything I needed, it is extremely well stocked had everything we needed was like being at home, will definitely stay there again when we are next in Montrose thank you for letting us stay hopefully be there again soon.

Perfectly located penthouse right on the royal mile with private access. Great shops and restaurants nearby and the apartment is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Would definitely stay here again when in Edinburgh.

Lovely apartment as described. Well equipped and warm. Short walk to the shore and lots of forestry walks within easy reach of the door. Lochgoil Inn only open Friday- Sunday everywhere else closed for the winter.

A great place to stay in Callander. It is on the main road but isn't noisy, very handily right across from Tesco and 30 seconds round the back is access to the river (good for dog walking). We did drive past the parking spot at first but having a place to put the car is great. 8 minute drive to the bottom of Ben Ledi walk - which I would recommend. Very comfortable space big enough for 2 and a dog, had pans/knives/boards etc. Also had salt/pepper/oil which is helpful. Emma was responsive and kindly let us check out flexibly as noone else had booked in.

Sadly could only fit in one night in Balloch but Stuart’s apartment is centrally located, light airy and comfortable with views over the marina and secure parking. Easy to find and access with Stuart’s comprehensive instructions (best we’ve had), the only challenge you have is deciding on one of the many places to eat.

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment tucked away in Birnam. The apartment is welcoming and stylish. Conveniently close to the train station if you're travelling by public transport, and there is plenty of on street parking if you're driving. Birnam is within walking distance of Dunkeld (about 15 minutes) where there is more amenities. We recommend visiting the Birnam Arts Centre which is at the end of the road from the apartment, it is a lovely space and has a good cafe (reasonably priced too). If you're able to get to Pitlochry, we highly recommend a meal at The Wee Choo Choo restaurant (set in a converted train carriage, one that featured in Mission Impossible), the food was delicious and the staff lovely. Ali was a great and friendly host, very helpful and responsive, and provided local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent repeat stay at this lovely apartment which is in a fantastic central location. Owner/managing agent responsive and very helpful.

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John

We had a lovely stay in Rosie’s beautiful apartment. The flat itself was spotless with a really well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. So many lovely touches like the breakfast things (which were plentiful enough to do us for a dinner too) and snacks which fuelled us on some long walks. Rosie also had great local recommendations: Kailzie gardens is a must visit and we had a lovely meal in the very cosy Horseshoe Inn at Eddleston. The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful but 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Peebles. The neighbours are friendly too.

Het appartement van Sue is ontzettend fijn en knus. Leuke details, goede bedden, twee badkamers en op loopafstand van de bus. Sue is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit van harte aan!

We stayed here over Easter 2 adults, 2 children & a small dog, it’s a gorgeous flat, kept so clean and decor was lovely!! Hosts were available on messages if needed and local area was lovely to wander about! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Ollie's apartment in April 2025. It's very close to Haymarket station, and all the amenities you need are on the doorstep. The flat is clean, tidy and secure, and it was great to be able to use the pool next door. We'd love to stay again!

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away, some peace and quiet with loads to do if the notion takes you. Thank you so much :)

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

A great base for golf at Gleneagles and the surrounding area. Really comfortable apartment with all you need for self catering. Spot on communication from the hosts made for straightforward check in and out. Would happily recommend.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Fantastic stay! Great accommodation, great facilities, restaurant on site and over at the courtyard were fantastic. Hot box spa is a must if in the area!
