Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We had a lovely time at Cindy's place. All the essentials were there and even cute little toys that my toddler liked. Very quiet and nice surroundings. Cindy was so great with sending all information before the check-in. Definitely recommended

We had a group of 10 adults stay here for our wedding weekend. The house was so spacious and accommodated our group size well. The amenities offered made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The bride, bridesmaids and her family got ready for the wedding at the property. The house had stunning natural light and plenty of mirrors etc that made getting ready so easy. The lighting was also perfect our photographer to snap some amazing photos of us all getting ready. There was plenty of parking available on the street. And the host had provided us with lots of local food/activity recommendations. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Megan's place over Easter. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor areas were perfect for a bbq with friends. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

As a family of 5 with teenagers we settled in immediately and loved the place: relaxing, warm and sunny, peaceful which was so great in the mornings, great decor and comfy beds. We will be back!

Jacqui's place was the most perfect AirBnb I've ever stayed at! It was sparkling clean, extremely well thought-out and she absolutely thought of everything! It was so easy to find, super functional and stylish too! Very private and peaceful too. Jacqui was a pleasure to speak to and a great communicator - I cannot recommend this AirBnb highly enough!

Great little one bedroom unit with kitchen. Perfect for our little family to spend the night while we were out with friends during the day. Marie and Pete were friendly and welcoming and live in a beautiful part of the world.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how spacious and big the rooms were and also the bathrooms were spotless clean and glad there was a bathtub to bathe our daughter. The area was quiet and peaceful as well. The comms were easy going which made our stay a breeze. Once we arrived, Grant came by to introduce himself and also checked if we needed anything which was so welcoming. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

Such a charming vintage apartment — full of character and so cozy! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. We were spoiled with a delicious homemade cake and a great breakfast for the morning. Plus, their adorable cats made the stay even more special. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed a very peaceful few days at Willem's place. The space is comfortable with everything we needed, and Willem is a friendly and helpful host. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of tea in the sunshine. It's easy to walk into town, and you're close to nice cafes and green spaces. A really lovely place to stay

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Very easy access instructions and communication was on point. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and give 5 stars.
