Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Nginep di sini feel like home banget semua perlengkapan ada, microwave, air frayer, rice cooker kulkas yg gede. Ruangan luas. Host nya baik banget semua di provide kaya air, gas dan listrik buat d awal.. sampe mie instan, telor beras dll juga d siapin. Tisu gulung 1 ball tisu muka juga sampe ke sabun cuci piring dan cuci tangan. Best deh pokoknya. Ada problem langsung gercep di selesain. Viewnya bagus. Mo ke mall tingal jakil. So nicee Minor nya cuma satu, kalo mandi siang2 air biasa atau normalnya hangat ke panas. Mungkin tangki air nya kejemur kali ya wkwkkw Sampe ke air cuci piring juga anget hihihi (water heatenya udh di matiin) Panas2 mau air dingin jadi mandi air hangat wkwkwk Yd bisa di ganti mandi sore atau pagi yg airnya ga terjemur matahari wkwkkw Sisa nya semua oke. Gila sebulan pas tinggla d sini rasa nya ga mau balik lagi. Kalo cari apart buat ramean ini ga ada yg ngalahin lah wkwkwkkw

Saya dan teman-teman menginap di Sky House BSD, Jervois Tower, dan sangat puas dengan pengalaman kami! Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan semua perlengkapan amenities tersedia lengkap. Pelayanannya juga sangat baik dan responsif. Kami sempat secara tidak sengaja memecahkan satu mangkuk, tapi pemilik unit sangat ramah dan menghargai kejujuran kami—tidak mempermasalahkannya sama sekali. Benar-benar pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan dan berkesan. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this place! The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and communication was easy—which really matters to me. From the moment I entered the room, I was amazed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. The fresh fragrance in both the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely touch. The mattress, pillows, and bolsters were super cozy. Plus, there was free internet, good air conditioning, a strong hot and cold shower, complete kitchen amenities, fresh towels, and a full set of toiletries. My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

I had a family eid vacation stay at Casa de Victoria by Kaca Stay in South Jakarta and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city, we especially loved the rooftop terrace and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back with another family vacation.

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

My second time stayed there and it was worth every dime. It has a nice swimming pool outdoor and the surroundings were chill. Malls are linked up with Taman Anggrek and going to Central Park is just a bit walking in 10 min.
