Vakantiewoningen met zwembad in Tavullia

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Che dire....ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Host davvero cordiali e simpatici, capaci di farti sentire parte della famiglia. Location rilassante ed immersa nella completa tranquillità nonostante sia a soli 5 minuti dal "caos" del paese. Umbertide poi è in una posizione abbastanza strategica per riuscire a raggiungere facilmente posti bellissimi come Gubbio, Spello, Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia e molto altro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto, molto buono....il ristorante della location poi è davvero qualcosa di speciale, materia prima di qualità e sapori unici. Abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero bellissima....complimenti davvero a Stefania e Michele, continuate così 😊💪🏼

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Nous avons passé un séjour magique chez Sally. Communication facile et agréable. Région magnifique. Tous les ingrédients réunis pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous vous conseillons chaleureusement le restaurant Simone Corsetti - Ai Girasoli di Sant'Andrea. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

Zeer mooi en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was ook netjes schoon. Het zwembad en de airco zijn een verademing in de warmte. Zwembad werd ook keurig bijgehouden. Leuke aankleding bij het zwembad met zitjes en en ligbedden beschikbaar. Je hoort inderdaad de nabij gelegen weg, maar wij vonden dat niet storend. De communicatie met de verhuurder was super. Ze gaven leuke en goede tips voor uitjes en voorzieningen en hielpen zelfs met een ontstoken muggenbeet. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving, maar niet super toeristisch. En de hondjes Susie en Mila zijn echt hartstikke lief. De geitjes, kippen en gans pasten helemaal in het landelijke gebied. Dank voor het aangename verblijf!

Io e miei amici abbiamo passato un rilassate weekend in questo bellissimo pezzo di campagna umbra. La piscina e il paesaggio tutt’intorno sono spettacolari! Claudia e Stefano hanno fatto in modo di accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie mille per questo bel weekend!

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

It was perfect!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Superbe séjour dans la forêt, environnement magnifique et paisible qui reste proche de la ville de Cortona. Maison très bien entretenue. Alberto a été un hôte très sympathique.

What can I say. This place is amazing. Host was amazing and extremely friendly The drive up to the house is just great. Being British u don’t experience things like this. The view from the gardens is out of this world. The swimming pool is fantastic. Local shop has what you need. There is a hotel in walking distance for lovely meals also a sports bar as well. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. 12 of us there plenty of room and a huge table to eat from. Thanks for one amazing stay. What a memory. 🥰🥰

We spent Easter here with our family and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet, and plenty of common areas. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a small issue with the hot water, but the house owner responded very quickly and solved everything within a few hours. I highly recommend this place - not only is it beautiful, but the support and communication with the host were excellent!

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

A beautiful property, the pictures of which don't do it justice. The river and multiple waterfalls a stone's throw from the kitchen are incredible, while the pool area is lovely and well outfitted with chaise lounges. The building itself is large, with ample space for everyone. While the bathrooms would benefit from a deep cleaning, some of the furniture and contents were a bit rough, and some better lighting should be considered, you'll want to spend all of your time outdoors anyway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy an idyllic property.

Ce logement etait tout simplement parfait pour un sejour a deux. La vue est imprenable. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles a proximité. Nicoletti est extrêmement sympathique, nous ne saurions que trop recommander cet hebergement

We loved our week here, beautiful area to explore the nature and culture around Cortona. The garden and pool area was wonderful, secluded and pretty, and the kids (and adults) loved swimming and playing in the pool. Very welcoming and helpful hosts! We would love to come again. Grazie mille!
