Evin konumu çok güzeldi, 3 kız arkadaş olarak kaldık ve hiç güvenlik endişesi yaşamadık, balkonda gece oturmak çok güzeldi, her şeye yürüme mesafesindeydi neredeyse bu durumdan dolayı çok rahat ettik evin temizliği de gayet güzeldi ev sahibi Nino da hep ulaşılabilirdi ancak internet alt yapısı şehrin kötü olduğu için sanırım evde ki internette çok yavaş ve sıkıntılıydı ancak tüm gün evde olmadığımızdan çok fazla etkilemedi bu durum bizi yine de belirtmek istedim

Квартира для короткого проживания подходит отлично! Каждая деталь требует внимания, мы рассматривали квартиру все 2 дня, которые находились там! Центр рядом, магазины 24/7 прямо рядом с домом, все в пешей доступности. Спасибо большое хозяину ♥️

This was my second stay at this place and everything was amazing again! The flat was just as clean, cozy, and well-equipped as I remembered. It feels like a home away from home. Shalva, as always, continues to be a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommended !!!

Our stay was great! The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any issues. We had some problems with the drainage, which they tried to fix immediately, but unfortunately, the issue persisted, and we had to leave. However, they handled everything professionally and refunded us for the unused nights without any issues. Great communication and service!

We stayed in Salomes apartment two month and very like it. Very good location in a clean area. Close to shops, little park with sport ground. Salome was always in touch with us and provided an additional desk for working at the computer.

Wonderful place in wonderful location.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Ruska ตอบคำถามทาง chat box เร็วมาก ทุกคำถามเคลียร์ 2. เมื่อเดินทางมาถึง Local Guide โทรสอบถามทางเข้า apartment มีผู้ชาย 2 คนมาต้อนรับ พาเข้าไปที่พัก และช่วยถือกระเป๋าด้วย ประทับใจมาก 3. ผู้ที่พาเข้าไปที่พัก แนะนำสถานที่ และ ให้ผ้าปูที่นอน ปลอกหมอนเพิ่มด้วย 4. ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีครัวแยกเป็นสัดส่วน ห้องน้ำกว้างและมีเครื่องซักผ้าในห้องน้ำ ที่ Georgia มีที่ตากผ้าเป็นแท่งเหล็กที่ปล่อยความร้อนออกมา ทำให้ผ้าแห้งไว (ไม่เคยเจอในเมืองไทย) 5. ทำเลดีที่สุด อยู่กลางใจเมือง มีที่จอดรถ 6. เดินไป Liberty square ไม่ถึง 500 เมตร มี convenience store อยู่ข้างๆ ที่พัก ถึง 3 ร้าน มี supermarket (Carrefour, Goodwill) อยู่ ใกล้ๆ Liberty square สุดยอดมาก ซื้อของสดไปทำอาหารได้ 7. ห้องครัวมีอุปกรณ์ครบ เตาไฟฟ้า ไมโครเวฟ อ่างล้างจาน ที่สำคัญคือราคามิตรภาพ แนะนำที่สุดค่ะ

Ayrıca Biz Sandronun dost canlısı bir insan olduğunu düşünüp Sandroya da 2. Gün bize takılmasını teklif ettik ve birlikte gerçekten çok kaliteli vakit geçirdik. Bu airbnb bir harika dostum.

The apartment was in excellent condition clean, spacious and in a great location George is a helpful host for anything we needed it would get looked after straight away

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!

Новый дом, рядом магазины продуктов, аптеки, кафе, ларёк с хлебом, овощами/фруктами. До метро не более 5 минут пешком. До площади Свободы 25 минут и до старого Города +- 30 минут лёгкой прогулки по красивому проспекту и чудесному городу Тбилиси. Парковка рядом с домом или вдоль дороги, могут быть проблемы, но за 2 ночи прибывания всегда парковался у парадного входа. Быстрое бесконтактное заселение, инструкция от хозяина с кодом от сейфа у входа с ключами. В доме есть лифт, апартаменты на 2 этаже с окнами во двор Министерства Финансов. Гостиная совмещена с кухней: удобный диван, кресла, телевизор, кинотеатр, обеденный стол, стулья. Кухня с хорошей техникой, дорогой посудой как в ресторане (разнообразие поражает), специи, масло, кофе чай, конфеты, вода. 1 Спальня - 2 одноместные кровати которые можно сдвинуть при необходимости, дизайнерское кресло + очень приятный балкон со столиком и виноградником (есть сушилка). 2 Спальня - двуспальная кровать, шкаф, окно в пол и ещё раз дизайн. Качественное постельное белье, полотенца, халаты, матрасы. Ванная вообще произведение искусства, дорогая сантехника, стиральная машина, зубные щётки и паста, стиральные порошки, шампуни и гели + хорошая дорогая туалетная бумага с запасом! Запах дорогих духов в апартаментах расслабляет и влюбляет в каждый сантиметр интерьера. Хорошо работающий кондиционер. В таких апартаментах можно сделать лучшую вашу фотоссессию для влюблённых. РЕКОМЕНДУЮТ 300% Если Вам повезёт снять эти аппаратаменты - это будет Ваш эталон идеальных аппаратаментов которые Вы когда либо арендовали. Хозяин Леван и его супруга подарят Вам праздник в части проживания в Тбилиси и при необходимости решат любой вопрос от вина до куда поехать и что посмотреть. P.s. Опыт путешествий по миру у меня более 15 лет и я с уверенностью могу сказать, что я впервые в жизни захотел весь дизайн до мелочей перенести себе в квартиру + вернутся обратно в самое ближайшее время.

It's much better than it looks on the picture. This is a best place at this price. I could stay here for a month comfortably with a large space for one person. Sunshine with a great view of the cathedral is beautiful. And its location is near from tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and metro. Above all, I wanna stay here again due to the very friendly and kind host.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

This is the second best place out of 5 places we stayed in our 3 weeks visit. All amenities and cleaning supplies are provided. The hosts are responsive, helpful and provide good customer service. The place is like 5 min to the bridge of Peace, sulphuric bath the old town city center attractions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. It would be like a private, cozy small nest for you and your partner and close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen’s place! He is an exceptional host and even kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, featuring a spacious balcony that wraps around from the kitchen, around the living room, and all the way to the bedroom. Upon entering, we were delighted to find the apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. As we enjoy cooking, we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed—well-organized, clean, and in great working condition. The location is in a quiet residential area, with several small grocery stores and one large supermarket all within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts will also love that there are three gyms nearby, including one just across the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had a great stay at Medea's place! I was there for about two months, and found it to be a great place to work and rest. The apartment is located in a very interesting part of the city with much to do, and the rest of Tbilisi is easily accessible by foot or by public transportation. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious, and Medea was very kind and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns about anything! I'd absolutely recommend staying here to anyone planning on coming to Tbilisi!

This is a nice and comfy place in a great location. Might be a better match for touristy folk over work&travel, since you only get one window and it is somewhat dark during the day.

Beautifully spacious apartment in prime central Tbilisi, steps away from the Philharmonie and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and metro access. Check-in was smooth and included a thoughtful neighborhood tour. The famous Natia's bakery is just 50m away, serving delicious khachapuri until late. Perfect for long-term stays. I visited in winter - like most Tbilisi apartments, the electric heating requires some patience to warm up the space, but this is typical for the city. For the best experience, consider visiting in spring or summer when the city truly shines.
