This is a private apartment on the 3rd floor of my restored 1905 home in one of Detroit's hippest neighborhoods. Private entrance, big bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, large eating nook, living room. So close to the river - walk to Belle Isle, Marrow, Sister Pie and TwoBirds cocktails.
