This house is a historical monument, built in the first half of the 19th century. Guests have the unique opportunity to stay at this historic location. The loft on the third floor has been renovated and offers an incredible view, directly overlooking King Erekle's Palace. The house is situated in the heart of the city, the first house on King Erekle II Square. King Erekle's Palace is just a one-minute walk away, Nadikvari, and the historic plane tree is also only two minutes away.

This is with 4 individual beds. It has kitchen, and bathroom. Its ideal for one family or friends group. It can accommodate also 15 person, if they have sleeping bags. The area of land is 1600 sqm, with walnut and plum trees. Only 50 meter to main road and Grocery. 7-8 minute drive to restaurant. Wonderful surroundings, with virgin beech forest and springs, with nice routs for hiking. Wonderful nature and views around. temperature 10C degree lower, then in Telavi and Tbilisi.
