We have had the most wonderful, relaxing, peaceful time at Jess’s wonderful cottage. So much thought has gone into the place, thoughtful touches, tea, coffee, milk , even biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco, fresh flowers all left for us. The garden and fields were beautiful to enjoy . A comprehensive guide to the surroundings . A truly wonderful host , we have stayed in a few air b&bs this was by far the best, home from home . We didn’t want to leave . So much to do in the local area, beautiful walks , our dog loved it , lovely food . All in all a truly special place and we can’t wait to come back , thank you Jess for the amount of love you’ve put into this, it really shows .

We had an amazing stay at Kathryn’s and would definitely recommend. It was a perfect space for the whole family with all the amenities we needed plus was a walkable distance from town. Kathryn communicated promptly before and during our stay and recommended some lovely spots to visit in the town

Trevor and Beverly have shared there little bit of heaven with us. It was clean exactly if not better than described on the description. The attention to detail was immaculate. The hot tub and pizza oven were the top parts. All in all the whole place was just perfect will definitely be returning :)

This little lodge is an ideal base for exploring Suffolk in the Woodbridge/Ipswich area. It is cosy and quiet and has all you need for a comfortable stay although the kitchen is limited so you will probably need to eat out. Andy is a great host , very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

We had such a wonderful stay at this glamping site! The hosts truly thought of everything—every little detail was so well considered. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had such a relaxing vibe. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. Highly recommend and would love to come back!!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

I booked this place as a get away for my other half’s 50th birthday, it was a lovely place with beautiful views, and remote enough that we could just relax. When we arrived Donna was there to meet us and showed us around and explained everything very well. We then headed out to the local pub for lunch ( which was lovely ) and the pub was very friendly. After we got back we sat around the pool and swam and went in the hot tub to the wee hours of the morning. The next day after running out of beer from the day before we took a short drive into town, where they had a couple of large supermarkets where we replenished our supplies. The weather had turned a bit cooler so we stayed in and played some of the games provided, and was able to get a Chinese delivered for dinner. It was a lovely little getaway in a beautiful location, wish we had stayed longer, and would definitely look to go back. Donna was a super host, and always able to answer our questions. Lisa and Lee were the perfect hosts, really warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable about the local area. Words cannot convey the beautiful tranquility of the location. Stunning walks right from the door, very large grounds for dog walking and beautifully designed garden. The cottage is very well equipped, beautifully designed, lots of lovely thoughtful touches including a delicious welcome pack and even some port. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. We would certainly come back again and can’t wait to revisit.

Tout est là pour vivre le charme de l’Angleterre ! Le village, le logement de Heather, la disponibilité et l’amabilité de Kate, tout est parfait ! En effet, tous les commentaires le disent, il faut faire attention à la tête, c’est ce qui fait aussi tout le charme de cette maison ! Les enfants ont adoré aussi. Les murs ne sont pas épais, j’ai parfois culpabilisé pour les voisins car les plus petits aiment souvent crier et sauter et n’ont pas l’habitude de devoir faire attention aux voisins … en tout cas, c’est un havre de paix, merci à Kate et à Heather !

Cottage in Sudbury

We had a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage whilst visiting family. The cottage was very clean and tidy and well decorated. We had our 9 month old and dog with us and felt really comfortable there. There’s no dedicated parking but that wasn’t a problem as there was lots of on street parking available. We found a lovely walk called The Gainsborough Trail just over the road which was ideal for walking our dog! Would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo’s place. The annex was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, plus more! The croissants, bread, chocolates, wine, juice and yoghurts Jo left us were a lovely touch, as were the treats for our dog! We also enjoyed the use of the exercise equipment. The area is absolutely stunning. Thank you Jo - we had a lovely weekend!

Mersea cottage - in a perfect location

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. Highly recommended. Thanks Claire

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.
