Martin and his team were ever so welcoming. The place was easy to find, with bus stop close by and just right infront of local sainsburys. The room is spacious and clean, and came with your own small fridge and microwave, and ensuite bathroom. Had a great stay. will book again next time.

I had forgotten it was an actual hotel, which was great because it had a bar downstairs. I arrived too late for dinner, unfortunately the kebab shop round the corner only took cash but there are other food options nearby (fish and chips etc). I had to leave before breakfast was served so can't comment on that either. Staff were friendly, wifi, tv and bathroom in my room. Quiet area. Parking is local town car parks - they charge during the day but if only staying the night like me it's free. Hotel will point out car park location s and there's a sign in reception detailing tariffs...

What an amazing find, superb location, peaceful, classy and very comfortable. All the staff were very nice/helpful/friendly and the food couldn't have been better. Sadly no bath in our room but a great nights sleep on a gorgeous bed. Took a lovely country walk opposite the property and ended up going three miles round which was nice to explore the countryside.

This place has such a great set up with a lovely room on a super cute setting in Creeksea. A great place to base your weekend from, with use of the spa and gym and a lovely cafe attached with delicious food. Highly recommend.

Quirky accommodation which was fun! All was spotless, tidy, etc. Bathroom looked to have been renewed very recently. All staff at hotel were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was of great quality and generous. Location was brilliant - only a short walk into the centre of Bur St Edmunds - ideal. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay - The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The host sent us the instructions to check-in in advance, and were clear & easy to follow.
