A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Annexe is a bright and airy self contained house separate from our home. The accomodation is over two floors with wonderful views out to the Hampshire countryside. We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley.
