My husband and I stayed at the Auction House for two weeks in March while visiting our daughter, son in law and our new grandchild. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to our daughter’s home as well as enjoy downtown Ryde restaurants in the evening. Christine and Terry were great hosts. Their home is very nice, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. We especially loved our welcome treat. We will definitely return to the Auction House in the future.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

The Bank House is an immaculately restored character cottage in the lovely village of Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest. The cottage has everyone you need for a comfortable and cosy stay. Although it is a historical building the kitchen and bathroom are recently refitted with all modern appliances. Everything was spotless and Matthew was a helpful and responsive host. Definitely highly recommended

Excellent accommodation, well equipped and in a lovely location. Lots of information available about the Island. Great base for exploring.

Centrally located and surprisingly peaceful given this. Parking permits very useful. Deceptively spacious inside with four double bedrooms. Open plan kitchen diner works very well, the kitchen itself being fully equipped. We stayed during the Christmas period and the host was very accommodating. I would very much recommend.

Our group of nine adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alexander's. We did not get to fully experience the locality as we were attending a family wedding. The location was central, yet the location of the property was peaceful. There was plenty of space in the house for our group to be comfortable. There was a plentiful supply of towels, spare blankets, etc. Alex was very quick to respond and extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you, Alex.

Great place. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The house was clean and tidy with good facilities. No dedicated parking, but plenty of on street parking. We found a space right outside the house every time we came back. Adam was a good host, we had no problems, but he was very responsive with a couple of queries we had. Some basic supplies were provided, eg milk, bread, butter, breakfast cereal etc which was good. As it was Easter, he even threw in a couple of little chocolate eggs which was a nice suprise. Overall, I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this 100%

Michelle's house suited us perfectly. It's a lovely spot with gorgeous views, enough parking, a well appointed kitchen and an attentive host, some small property issue came up and it was fixed incredibly promptly.

beautiful house, stunning decor throughout, not the normal 'sterile' places you can book, it is filled with thought and attention to detail. Great location, so close to the Historic Docklands and great bars and cafes.

Good host, very communicative. Property was clean, spacious and easy walking distance to the city centre. We were only here a short time, but would stay again if back in the area. The actual road is a little awkward to access from the roundabout (zoom in on your Sat Nav or risk going 5 minutes round the block) and it might not be the best for very light sleepers as there is both a Dual Carriageway and. Railway Line nearby, both of which are audible from the house.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

Absolutely beautiful cottage nestled just off the high street of Marlborough. The house was very cosy, clean and spacious. Great sized bedrooms. Perfect location just off the high street and in very close proximity to fab shops and cafes. Lovely touch of a bottle of bubbles to welcome us. Dawn promptly replied to messages leading up to the stay and was very helpful allowing us to check in early which was really appreciated as we had two young babies with us. Thank you!

This home was literally “a stone’s throw away” from the sea! The entire house was spotless. It felt very homely and the type of place you could imagine spending a few weeks in. There are A LOT of stairs, which was fine for us, so do bear this in mind when booking. We were able to walk along various back lanes in the evenings and even to the local village for amenities. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful - the perfect Easter getaway! Thank you!! 😊

We had a fantastic 9-night stay and felt at home from the moment we arrived! The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac, making it wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we slept so well! We loved the thoughtful, unobtrusive, little labels in the kitchen and around the house, which made everything easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. A footpath takes you straight to the market square in just 5 minutes — perfect for a morning stroll. Parking in front of the house was always easy. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family friendly home, nice touch with leaving the Easter eggs for the kids. Close to beach and a friendly environment. Would definitely book again

It was a birthday weekend but my daughter also had some urgent shopping. We were able to combine the two with plenty of scope for eating out together, getting to know the City whilst doing the shopping and then a loverly walk up St Catherine's Hill and along the river. A very successful short break.

From our arrival We felt that Sam’s house was our 2nd home! Maeve was especially grateful for allowing her to share the toys within the playroom. Pool table was a great addition too! location for attending a family wedding nearby was perfect.

We had such a lovely stay at Ryan’s house. It is well located in the Centre of town within walking distance to all sorts of nice shops and cafes. We had a fab lunch at Rye bakery. Also close enough to enjoy visiting Stourhead, Stonehenge, and Hauser & Wirth. It is also such a unique and interesting house. It felt like stepping back in time to a special and beautiful era and was a real experience. Thank you!

A beautiful house which is very well presented and spacious. The house is well equipped and felt like home straight away. Our 2 dogs loved having the back garden too and settled in well. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house which was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree ( we had arranged with Beth that we would be arriving after midnight due to a late crossing). A short walk into Cowes town centre. We had one minor issue which was promptly sorted by Beth.. The parking issue was not a problem as we could always park around the corner on the next road. Unloading the car was quite easy as the road is quiet with hardly any traffic. We normally stay in Ventnor or Shanklin. However, we loved our stay so much that we hope to visit again soon. perfect location

This was our second visit and we hope there will be more. It was beautiful spring weather and we went to see the flowers at Kingston Lacy. The garden and wider estate are wonderful. It was a special weekend and we were taken to Shell Bay Restaurant on Studland. Big portions, very good food, a view across to Brownsea Island and lots of activity going on outside. The children's menu is for under 16's. Also generous portions. A taxi took us from Salterns Road past the ferry queue and dropped us by the foot passenger walkway to the ferry. It's exciting. You can play on the beach near the ferry while you wait to return. Also we went again to the beach below Canford Cliffs and walked down to spend Sunday playing on the beach. There was paddling and dipping. Bacon sandwiches too as we were in a beach hut (not ours). We also played card games in No 73 again. It's perfect as a family let. A comfortable house which is close to seaside fun and Dorset beauty. Madalene

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.
