The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

Cherry Tree Lodge is situated at the end of our charming garden with it's own private entrance. Cosy and warm in the winter as it's fully insulated. Double bedroom, lounge area and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. You have a 50" TV with Now TV and Netflix. Tea/coffee facilities are provided with a retro fridge/freezer. Margate Harbour, Turner Gallery and Old Town are just a leisurely walk along the promenade. Margate railway station is 300 metres away.
