sinulog hall is in Santo Nino, every first month of the year and 3rd week of the month of January Cebuano celebrates the biggest festival in the Philippines called sinulog, where you can see some contingent from different part of Cebu and Philippines who dance a traditional dance for Santo Nino de Cebu.
